Pilates & Bloom

Over dit evenement

Welcome the new season with a refreshing blend of movement, creativity, and connection. This unique event begins with a 50-minute mat Pilates class designed to energize your body and work all major muscle groups, expect to feel the burn and break a sweat.

After class, unwind and refuel with a light snack and a cup of tea while mingling in a relaxed, social setting. Then, tap into your creative side with a bouquet-making activity, where you’ll craft your own beautiful spring arrangement to take home.

A perfect way to move, connect, and celebrate the start of spring 🌸
