An intimate evening for couples to reconnect, reflect on your relationship, and nourish your love through ritual, live music, and the Sacred Union Cup. Held in our atelier and a quiet garden, guided by the rhythms of the season.

This is a small and carefully held gathering for a maximum of three couples, allowing for real presence, personal guidance, and a sense of ease and intimacy. Together, we create a warm, candlelit space where you can slow down, arrive with each other, and step out of the patterns of daily life. You will leave feeling deeply connected to your partner.

Through gentle, guided practices, you will be invited to reflect on your relationship, where you’ve been in the previous season, what you’ve experienced together, and what is ready to grow. We also open space for consciously sharing your desires with one another, offering tools for clear, respectful communication and deeper understanding within your own relationship.

At the heart of the evening is the Sacred Union Cup, a handmade ceramic cup designed by Julia for two people to share. Couples drink together from one cup, symbolizing two individuals meeting in a shared space of connection and intention. You will be offered a seasonal elixir, thoughtfully prepared to reflect the energy of the moment in nature. Drinking in this way becomes a quiet, meaningful ritual, a moment to take in your wishes, deepen your bond, and consciously support one another as you continue weaving your lives together. The form of the cup has been developed by Julia over more than a decade and is used in weddings and anniversaries as a lasting symbol of union.

The experience is held and supported by live music from Prem Deep, blending meditative acoustic instruments such as the shakuhachi and Native American flutes with subtle electronic soundscapes. His musical path has been shaped by years of travel, including time spent sailing across oceans and living among island communities where life moves at a slower, more connected rhythm. Inspired by these ways of being, his music and presence invite couples to return to the here and now, and to reconnect with each other beyond the noise of modern life.

We begin in our atelier temple space, next to where the ceramics are created, and move into a peaceful, circular, community garden on IJburg, just east of Amsterdam’s center. Surrounded by nature, including a circle of cherry trees, we draw on natural elements to deepen the experience and connect your relationship to the wider rhythms of life.

Your guides for the evening are Julia Mandle and Prem Deep, artists and tantric practitioners devoted to creating meaningful relational experiences. Julia’s work is rooted in a deeply personal journey. Following the ending of a long-term relationship, she felt a call to understand what truly helps love grow, heal, and renew between two people. Over more than a decade of study and practice, this devotion has shaped her path, exploring how couples can repair, reconnect, and stay alive in their connection. This journey gave birth to Sacred Connection Ceramics, as a way to offer tangible, ritual-based experiences that celebrate and support couples in nurturing their bond.

It is a heart-centered practice, shaped through lived experience, devotion, and guiding couples in both intimate settings and larger gatherings, including festivals such as Awaken as Love and Art of Devotion.

The practices you experience are not only for this evening, but are designed to stay with you, offering inspiration and simple rituals you can return to throughout each season of the year.
