The Artist's Journey; Authentic Expression through Movement & Art

Over dit evenement

The Artist's Journey is an experiential workshop exploring self-expression through movement and creative practice. ✨

Through a series of playful exercises inspired by applied theatre and creative facilitation methods, we'll explore how movement, imagination and artistic expression can help us to reconnect with our authentic selves. Participants will be guided through embodied activities that invite curiosity, spontaneity and creative exploration.

The workshop will gradually move toward creating a simple visual artwork inspired by the experience. No artistic or movement experience needed - the focus is on exploration and expression rather than technique.

We will close the session with a short reflection and sharing moment together.

You are welcome to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and take care of your body throughout the workshop. All are welcome.

We offer a range of tickets to welcome all incomes.

See you soon at the Artist's Journey! ✨
