Slow Session - Yoga Nidra in a yurt in Amsterdam

Over dit evenement

Join for a 90-minute Slow Session: a quiet moment to slow down and come back to yourself.

What can you expect?
We start with some soft movement, then go into Yoga Nidra (guided deep rest).
Most people leave feeling more spacious, clear, and inspired, or simply deeply rested. Like a reset, but without doing very much at all.

At a very special place: a beautiful yurt in the heart of Amsterdam Oud-West
Maximum 10 participants
No experience needed; just comfortable clothes and warm socks 🧦!

Looking forward to seeing you there! 🫶

--------------
Important note:
Yoga Nidra is generally safe, but it is contraindicated for individuals with severe mental health conditions like schizophrenia, psychosis, active bipolar disorder, or severe PTSD, as intense introspection can exacerbate these states. Caution is advised for those with epilepsy, severe depression, or recent trauma. Please let me know in advance if this is the case for you.
