Devotions: 5Rhythms movement sessions

Over dit evenement

"there is light somewhere.
it may not be much light but
it beats the darkness."

Honoring the light, and holding the darkness gently, we keep bringing more and more of our true self in this world. Through movement, breath, and raw, touching invitation of poetic words - we gather on (an occasional) Sunday morning to take time, to land and yes, to have a party.

And through it all - I still love living!

❤ Mia

*****
5Rhythms dance sessions are guided movement experience, journey through music waves in which we take time we take to rediscover unity of our mind, body and emotional landscapes. We call in curiosity to explore how these parts play with each other, play with others, and create unified dance of support, trust and safety. Dance in which we practice being real and vulnerable, being playful and spiritual, being together and on our own.

Devotion, in particular, are dedicated to softer vibes of Sunday morning, to the unique inspiration in poetry and life experience captured in words and spaces in between.
