Your body couldn't take it anymore.
The over-stretching, over-giving, over-performing...
At one point, your whole system shut down, leaving you disoriented, empty, and with no way to reach what used to be "the way things are".

When everything has been burned to ashes, you are asked to be honest with yourself and deeply examine the foundation of your entire life - your relationships, your work, your vitality, your mind, your identities, your pain, your unfulfilled desires, your innate joy.

You are invited to a space to explore burnout as a powerful portal rather than "a condition".

Here we will breathe life into your process, remind you that this didn't happen to you because there's something "wrong" with you. We will explore a wholesome perspective on burnout and simple practices that can support you in embracing life again.

You are welcome to join if:
- You are seeing the first signs of burnout, and you feel the need to make some changes.
