I would be honored to welcome you into this sacred pause for women under this rare Blue Full Moon. As the second full moon within a single month, the cosmic energy is amplified. With the moon in the sign of Sagittarius, we are called to release limiting beliefs that hold us back and reconnect with our deepest truths. Now is the time to set clear intentions and create space for the steps ahead.

The journey is supported by ceremonial cacao, a sound journey, aromatherapy, guided journaling, and optional sharing. I will be using tuning forks aligned with the Mayan calendar to help you connect with your unique soul’s purpose. A small homemade snack, tea, herbal iced tea, and 100% pure ceremonial cacao will be lovingly prepared to nourish you throughout the ceremony.

Ceremonial cacao is gentle, but it may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have cardio-vascular conditions, take antidepressants (especially MAOI’s & SSRI’s), or are sensitive to stimulants such as caffeine - cacao is not always recommended. It is possible to lower the dosage or choose an alternative such as blue lotus or rose tea.
