Sound Journey with Horses & Equinox Offering

Over dit evenement

On Spring Equinox, we honour renewal & rebirth...the awakening of the earth at the Ibiza Horse Country Club!

We begin with a gentle welcome & offerings to our spring altar. Arriving early allowing time to visit with the horses and connect with the other animals. From a grounded opening, you’ll be guided on a heart-centred journey weaving together sound therapy, somatics, breath, and intuitive connection with the horses.

This seasonal portal invites you to shed the heaviness of winter and plant new intentions in the fertile soil of spring. We will also have a spring altar to plant our seeds! Through vibration and equine presence, we restore balance & welcome the new light.

Spending time with horses offers many therapeutic benefits, especially during seasonal transitions...

+Emotional Renewal, Horses are deeply intuitive and mirror human emotions, helping release what no longer serves and welcoming clarity

+Nervous System Reset. Their calm, grounded presence naturally reduces stress and anxiety

+ Balance & Grounding, horses support physical and emotional equilibrium.

Presence & Intention Setting. The equinox is a powerful time to consciously plant seeds for the months ahead & our gathering will include a simple ritual.

This is created to be a space to pause, breathe, realign and welcome the light of a new season!
