Breathe & Sound: A Deep Immersion Journey

Step out of the noise and into a state of total surrender. Let yourself be carried by a powerful combination of connected breathwork and a 'spatial' sound journey, live through the room, without filters, and without headphones.
The Power of Spatial Sound
In this session, we create a unique world of sound. Instead of isolating yourself with headphones, you will be enveloped by custom-designed soundscapes and binaural beats that fill the entire space through our speakers. You won’t just hear the sound; you will feel the vibrations in your body. This amplifies the collective energy of the group and helps you dive deeper into your own process.

What to expect?
* The Preparation: We start with a careful landing. Through gentle movement or meditation, we prepare the body for the deep breathing journey.
* Guided Breathwork: You will be guided through a process of Conscious Connected Breathing. A safe technique to regulate your nervous system and break through physical or emotional blockages.
* Immersive Soundscapes: A tailor-made audio journey with binaural beats that help your brain reach a deep meditative state (theta/delta).
* Somatic Release: Space for discharge. Through the combination of breath and frequency, your body gets the chance to release stored tension and stress.
* Integration: We conclude in silence and softness, allowing the insights gained and the renewed energy to land.

* Location: Studio Lunamar Javea
* Comfort: We provide mats, blankets, and a warm atmosphere.
* Clothing: Wear something that allows you to move and breathe freely.
* Payment: Tickets are available via Hipsy. Cash payment at the studio is also possible (please send a DM to reserve your spot if you wish to pay in cash).

How to Prepare & Safety
To get the most out of your journey, we recommend the following:
* Eating: Try to eat only a light meal up to 2 hours before the session. A full stomach can be uncomfortable during deep breathing.
* Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, but minimize intake right before we start.
* Caffeine: Avoid caffeine or other stimulants at least 4 hours before the session.
* Important Safety Note: This style of breathwork is very powerful and not suitable during pregnancy. It is also not recommended for those with a history of epilepsy, glaucoma, heart conditions, or severe mental health issues. Please reach out if you have any doubts.
