The Nurturing Circle is devoted to the gentle tending of what you have chosen to grow.

Together, we will reconnect with the intentions you planted and listen for what they need now. Through embodied practices, ritual, and shared reflection, we create space to support your growth with patience, compassion, and consistency.

This is a space to nourish what is emerging within you. To strengthen your connection to it. To trust the timing of your unfolding.

A circle of care, devotion, and grounded growth, honouring the quiet power of showing up for what matters and allowing it to deepen in its own rhythm.

I hold space for women to return to themselves gently, safely, and fully. With a background in yoga, meditation, Reiki, and expanded states of healing, I support emotional release, spiritual connection, and the unravelling back to truth. I believe that when we connect to the heart, we create space for growth that is both grounded and deeply alive.

My work lives at the intersection of body and soul. I guide women into their felt sense, where movement becomes medicine and softness becomes strength. Through nervous system healing and embodied presence, I invite you into intimacy with life itself. Love, to me, is not an idea — but a living force we return to through the body.
