This year The School for Alchemy hosts Elemental Rest, a restorative retreat in the mountains of Italy.

This retreat is a Chinese Medicine Yoga Retreat. In 4 days you learn more about Chinese Medicine, Five Elements, Qi Gong and Yoga Qi Flow, while you get restored and replenished.

Surrounded by alpine nature, thermal waters, and spacious silence, this retreat is designed as a true pause: a place where the nervous system can soften and the body can remember how to rest.

Elemental Rest is not about doing more. It is about allowing yourself to be held.

Through daily yoga, elemental practices, ceremony, and generous free time for sauna, hikes, heated swimming pool, diners and brunches in the fine Luna restaurant, you are invited to slow down to a pace where insight, integration, and renewal can arise organically.
