​This ritual is an invitation to slow down, soften, and consciously nourish the seeds of what you wish to bring to life in 2026.

​Cacao, as a sacred plant medicine, supports the opening of the heart — not by force, but by gently expanding our capacity for self-love, compassion, and inner listening.
As a plant, cacao also reconnects us to the Earth, reminding us that growth happens through care, patience, and presence.

​Supported by breath, sound, movement, and community, this ritual offers a grounded space to:

​No previous experience with cacao ceremonies, meditation, or dance is required.
