It moves through everything, asking only one thing of us:
Are we willing to receive?

In the rhythm of everyday life, we often forget to open. We give, we move, we hold, but how often do we truly allow love to meet us, in our bodies, in our hearts, in our being?

This cacao ceremony is an invitation to slow down and return.
To explore what love means to you, beyond concepts or expectations.
To listen to the subtle language of your heart.

Guided by the gentle medicine of ceremonial cacao, a sacred heart opener, we enter a space of softness and truth. Cacao supports us in dissolving barriers, awakening presence, and remembering our natural capacity to love.
Love for life. Love for ourselves. Love for one another.

Together, we create a grounded and safe container where you are invited to root into (self-)love, compassion, and connection. From this place of openness, we’ll reflect on where love already flows freely within you, and where you might be ready to invite more in.

What we’ll do
- Drink ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart and connect with this energy.
- A guided meditation focused on love and heart connection.
- Gentle movement and soft yoga to get the energy flowing through the body.
- Journaling for integration, with space for optional sharing.

Contraindications
Ceremonial cacao is generally gentle and heart-opening. However, it may not be suitable if you:
- Have cardiovascular issues
- Take antidepressants (especially MAOIs or SSRIs)
- Are pregnant
If you’re unsure, please consult your GP beforehand. I am not a medical professional and cannot offer medical advice.

If you cannot drink cacao, I will provide rose or lavender tea. You may also choose to take only a few sips or an adjusted dose. If this applies to you, please let us know in advance, if you haven’t done already, so we can prepare this for you, this is absolutely no problem.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to sell or gift your spot to someone else. I'm always happy to help you find a replacement, but refunds cannot be provided.
