Our third edition of Come As You Are is all about Taking Shape.
About feeling and listening to the body.
About embodiment without rushing it or overthinking it.

We begin gently with a guided meditation to arrive and feel where you are now. Not asking what should this become? but noticing what already has a bit of direction, what is already taking shape.

Sound opens the space. A sound journey where you can lie down, journal, rest, feel or drift. No conclusions. No goals. Just hanging out with sensation as it settles and warms up in the body.

As rhythm enters, movement becomes an option. Live music and a DJ set invite you to inhabit what’s there. Repeating a movement, moving with the music or doing nothing at all. Not to get anywhere, just to see how it feels.

We close by slowing everything back down. A final guided meditation to let it all land. What’s been brewing beneath the surface doesn’t need to disappear or be released if the body isn’t ready.

No pressure.
No big statements.
Just letting it take shape.
