Breath of Freedom | Inward Club Night

Over dit evenement

This is the final time we gather like this. What comes next will take a different shape. We’re keeping the group small, with only a few spaces remaining.

Breathwork & live improvised electronic music
Dominicuskerk, Amsterdam

Breath of Freedom is a grounded, inward journey of breath and live sound.
A safe space to slow down, drop in, and do something different on a Friday night.
Guided by breathwork facilitator Simone Alicia and ambient composer Eveline Ypma, conscious connected breathing meets live electronic music — created in the moment, together with the group.

This breathwork journey moves through different states of the nervous system.

Through connected breathing, we first invite activation. You may feel energy moving, emotions rising, or the body becoming more awake and alert. From there, space can open for release — followed by a deep settling into rest, presence, and expanded awareness. The breath opens the body. And stills the monkey mind.

The live improvised music moves with the breath, supporting the full arc of the experience and helping you drop deeper into the body.

Sometimes quiet and spacious, sometimes carried by a soft pulse that moves through you.
This april we gather in the Dominicuskerk: a free, open place with a beautiful, held atmosphere. There’s space to lie down on your own mat, and there are comfortable benches if you prefer to sit. Whatever helps you feel at ease.

No experience needed.
Nothing to achieve.
The music breathes us.

This is for everyone who’s curious to feel more, and for anyone ready to trade the average Friday drinks for something deeper, gentler, and surprisingly alive.

An inward club for a Friday night.
Safe, shared, and fully present.
High on your own supply.
