This healing afternoon is designed to gently calm your nervous system, guiding you from fight or flight into a state of rest and digest. A moment of deep self-care, where you can release tension, recharge your energy, and invite softness into your body and mind.

Through the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao, restorative yoga, and Reiki, you are supported in restoring balance, relaxation, and inner harmony.

What to expect
