Join us for this magical Kundalini Cacao Sound Healing, End of year edition that includes various beautiful Angelic frequencies. The sound healing will be facilitated by Ginger who has been facilitating Sound Healing ceremonies for several years.
This session will include singing bowls, various instruments and magic silence, to take you deep into your heart to tap into your feelings and process them with love while receiving healing vibrations. Sound healing is not only a form of relaxation for the body , it also activates the nervus vagus (most important nerve in the body) to create a deep feeling of stress relief. The kundalini session will be facilitated by Uzma, who has worked 20+ years as a social/youth/adult/family therapist in various government, prisons and forensic psychiatric health care services. Uzma runs her (holistic) therapy practice for many years now. Uzma is an experienced healer, The rite of the womb keeper, breath-therapist, holistic body trauma release & kundalini NRGY facilitator. Uzma has years of experience in hosting retreats and group sessions for men and women.
