On this last Sunday of the year 2025 we hurry slowly. We count our blessings, unwind, undo, relax and just be. In a world that is increasingly loud and fast. It is a courageous rebellious act to cultivate a slow and quiet presence inside. Guided moving meditation with breathwork. A soothing yin practice to soften. Feeling what arises, embracing the pieces of yourself, let go of what is no longer serving us. A nourishing yin restorative practice will end with a XL savasana Soundhealing journey.
Sacred selfcare to soothe the heart, mind, body, and soul. A holy reset of the nervous system, rebalancing the chakras for greater resilience, tranquility, calmness, clarity, harmony, inner peace and energy flow.

Een helende zelfzorg moment om naar binnen te keren na de drukke, feestelijke december dagen. Een weldaad voor je geest, lichaam en ziel. En een kalmerende reset voor je zenuwstelsel.

Op deze laatste zondag van het jaar 2025 onthaasten we ons en vertagen wij ons langzaam. We tellen onze zegeningen, komen tot rust, laten lis wat ons niet meer dient, ontspannen en zijn in het hier en nu. In een wereld die steeds luider en sneller wordt. Is het een moedige, rebelse daad om te vertragen en naar binnen te keren om te connecten met ons zelf. Doe mee en laat je begeleiden op een innerlijke reis. Een meditatie in beweging met ademwerk. Een rustgevende yin yoga practice om te verzachten. Voel wat er opkomt, omarm de stukken van jezelf, laat los wat niet langer dient. De savasana is een helende XL Soundhealing-reis.
