About Nana:
Nana is a Vinyasa yoga teacher and one of the founders of The Makers Barn: https://www.instagram.com/the.makersbarn/
Yoga has helped Nana deal with a long recovery from a burnout and since then she is on a path of helping herself and others deal better with stress.
Her teaching style is supportive, uplifting and encouraging.
She strives to create a safe, kind and welcoming space for all students to explore their practice.
She believes that anyone can practice yoga, regardless of age and physical condition.
Because yoga is much more than placing your body in a very specific alignment.
Our bodies vary anatomically and she will help you explore what is beneficial for you.
Throughout or after the class you are welcome to ask questions :)
