On December 5th, I open the second group of the Intuition Ignition Challenge. An extremely powerful, transformative online course and group coaching program. The first group had tremendous results and unbelievable shifts.

The aim of this challenge is to learn to trust your intuition as the means of communication from your Higher Guidance. This way, instead of trusting the chatter from the mind (where old patterns and traumatic experiences are stored), you learn to fully trust the wisdom of your body, the medium through which you receive the signals that your Higher Self sends to you.

The 6 weeks of this challenge have the effect of months of 1-on-1 coaching and tools for personal growth that you can access and keep using for the rest of your life! The combination of an online program that you can access at any time, combined with 6 live 2-hour group coaching sessions in a very powerful 6-week container with a small group of inspired and motivated souls. In 6 different modules, we walk through an intense program of growth coaching and intuition training.

MODULE 1 - Limiting beliefs
Through lectures and exercises, you dig deeper into what beliefs, patterns, and habits are keeping you small or are holding you back from expressing your full truth. You might be shocked at what you find and can let go of!

MODULE 2 - Body wisdom
Module two helps you get out of your head and drop into your body, the vessel through which you receive your Higher Guidance. You learn methods to feel and release patterns through your body to prevent trauma and energetic blockages. You learn techniques to double-check your intuition, and we dive into your personal astrology for support.

MODULE 3 - Space for you
In module 3, we create space for more of your true, authentic soul expression by saying NO to everything that is not that. This can be scary because it might mean you have to say no to people, requests, jobs, and other things that are not aligned, but believe me, it will be worth it! You also learn which psychic abilities are most easily accessible for you and practice them.

MODULE 4 - Highest Excitement
After we have made space for the true expression of you by saying no, we can fill this space with what excites you. Things you might have dreamed of but never dared to do. In this module, we are going to use the body to let your Higher Self guide you to your Soul Path, without being confused by the mind.

MODULE 5 - Fearless evolution
When you have dealt with the limiting beliefs that kept you small, said no to what is not you, and yes to what excites you, you will probably feel better and more like yourself than you've ever felt before! In this module, you learn how to stay in this high frequency even when people around you don't understand you or try to convince you to step down. You will learn to stand your ground with love and compassion and become an inspiration to those around you.

MODULE 6 - More of you
The last module is made to review your amazing process, to celebrate, integrate, and anchor the new, expansive version of you into everyday life. It explains how to use the tools you have gathered over the last 5 weeks and keep using them to keep evolving and growing.

After every module, I host a private live 2-hour Group Coaching session in which you can ask questions, dive deeper, learn from each other, practice together, and create a very strong, safe container to celebrate and share.

One of the bonuses is that for the duration of the course and a month after that, you will be a member of the Avalon Community through which you can attend 2 live Zoom sessions per month to practice your intuition.

This transformative course comes with a disclaimer: If you are not ready to step into your full power and sacrifice comfort and safety over truth and growth, this course is not for you!
