The new year has begun. The soil is becoming more and more fertile. New seeds are waiting to be planted—waiting to awaken, grow, and flourish. Let’s put those new seeds into the ground together. Are you ready?

Welcome
In the middle of winter, the light is slowly returning into our days, into our beings. It invites us to connect with the endless potential in our bellies and in our hearts. When we listen deeply, there might be something exciting that wants to be born.

Flow of the evening
To fully arrive and create a cozy bubble, we start the circle with a grounding meditation. After a moment of sharing, we drop deeper into our bodies through movement and breath.
Know that all of you is welcome in this space—every part of you is invited.

From this grounded place, we meet our sisters. Through several guided 1-on-1 practices, you’ll explore what’s alive within you and let it be seen. When women come together with open hearts, magic happens. Layers soften. Truths unfold. We close our circle with our voices. Sabine will guide us with her beautiful sound and a mantra to seal and integrate the evening.

An intimate circle for a maximum of 10 women.
Some experience with meditation or yoga is helpful but not required.
