What to Expect: The Intention Circle

The Intention Circle is our final gathering of the year where together we will create a gentle space to reflect on what has unfolded and to listen for what wishes to come next.

Together, we’ll tune into the heart, soften the mind, and plant intentions rooted in truth rather than expectation. A closing, a beginning, and a return to your inner compass.

A circle of renewal, clarity, and lightness — recognising the beauty of who you are beneath it all, and the spaciousness of what is yet to come.

Through embodied practices, rituals, shared reflection, and heart-led connection, we will let go of striving for more, and remembering how much you already are.

Meet your facilitators:

🩷 CAMILLE - My work lives at the intersection of body and soul. I guide women into their felt sense, where movement becomes medicine and softness becomes strength. Through nervous system healing and embodied presence, I invite you into intimacy with life itself. Love, to me, is not an idea—but a living force we come home to through the body.

💜 SARAH - I hold space for women to return to themselves—gently, safely, and fully. With a background in yoga, meditation, Reiki, and expanded states of healing, I support emotional release, spiritual connection, and the beautiful unravelling back to truth. I believe that by connecting to the heart, we create space for emotional release and the growth that arises from sharing these experiences together.
