Move into the holidays feeling lighter and more connected.
This workshop mixes movement, reflection, and fun to help you let go of what you don’t need from the past year — and step into the new one with fresh energy.

We’ll start with grounding and simple guided exercises to relax the body, release tension, shake off the year and prepare for Christmas.

The second part focuses on the new year — reconnecting with what you truly want to embody, not as a list of resolutions, but as real, physical confidence and clarity.

To finish, we’ll celebrate with music, free dance, and laughter — leaving you open, energized, and ready for what’s next.

No dance experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to move.
Come as you are, move how you feel, and start the new year from the inside out.
