🌿 The Sacred Key
Introductie & Uitnodiging
🗝️ The Sacred Key – unlocking the wisdom of your soul.
🌕 Uitnodiging – Sacred Key Mini Retreat
Adem verbindt. Adem. Adem heelt.
🌿 The Sacred Key
🗝️ The Sacred Key symbolizes the opening of the inner gateways of consciousness.
From a place of love, we help you reopen these gates — the keys that each of us already carries within.
We guide people in rediscovering their sacred keys: keys to breath, to feeling, to memory, to freedom, and to inner peace and balance.
Every session, ceremony, or retreat is an invitation to travel deeper within yourself — beyond the layers of fear, conditioning, and survival — back to the place where soul and body meet and remember.
Our team — Danielle, Jan, Tom, and Petra — combines experience and energy from various traditions: shamanic work, trauma-release breathwork, body awareness, inner child work, energetic healing, and ritual guidance.
Together we create sacred spaces where breath, vibration, sound, and intention merge.
Here, we offer you the keys, not to teach you something new, but to help you remember what already lives within you.

🌕 Invitation – Sacred Key Mini Retreat
On Sunday, November 23rd, our Sacred Key team will host a special afternoon in “De Okerzolder,” Schipluiden 🌿
We’ll open the day with a cup of blue-lotus tea, a gentle, heart-opening plant that supports relaxation and deepens awareness.
From this still, grounded space, we’ll guide you into a shamanic drum ceremony, where we open the field together and place our intentions on the altar - attuned to what each heart carries.
The drum ceremony invites you to connect with the rhythm of the Earth, the wisdom of your soul, and the power of your own heartbeat.
The rhythmic sound of the shamanic drum brings you into a state of deep presence, where insight, healing, and remembrance naturally arise.
After this inner journey, we continue with a Trauma Release Breathwork® session, using connected breathing to release tension, stress, and stored emotions - allowing you to breathe deeper, feel more fully, and come home to yourself.
Afterward, we’ll ground together with herbal tea, fruit, nuts, tropical fruit, and chocolate.
💫 Contribution: €111 p.p.
