Heart Return - Living Circle

Over dit evenement

This Living Circle is an invitation to come home: to the body, to feeling, and to the quiet truth of the heart, through community and practices that awaken presence and connection.
Through the element of water, we’ll move together in a flow of grounding, release, and renewal. The journey unfolds gently: arriving in stillness, opening the heart, breathing through what wants to move, and celebrating life in movement and joy.
Flow of the day:
🪶 Gentle grounding and body scan
🪶 Heart meditation & cacao ceremony
🪶 Breathwork
🪶 Sharing circle
🪶 Ecstatic movement & DJ set

Heart Return is a ceremony of remembrance: a space to feel deeply, connect authentically, and return to the essence of who we are, together.
