Recharge Sunday

Over dit evenement

Sundays are made for slowing down — and this one’s for you.

𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒆 𝑺𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒚 is an immersive day experience at Grounded Roots — designed to help you reset your mind and body before the week ahead.

We start with a gentle yin yoga and breathwork session in the light-filled studio, followed by a nourishing seasonal lunch.

The afternoon is all about slowing down — a guided walk through the forest, time in the sauna, unwinding by the fire, or simply doing nothing at all.
