Over dit evenement
Do you feel a longing to reconnect with your inner voice?
Do you sense that there is more within you than words can express sometimes?
Join us for a nurturing workshop that combines the calming practice of yoga with the transformational power of expressive arts.
No prior experience in yoga or art is needed - just a curious heart.
* What to expect *
You will be guided through a gentle yoga practice to ground your body and mind, blended with art therapy-inspired explorations designed to connect you with your breath, sensations, and emotions.
The calming effects of yoga support the creative flow of the expressive art explorations, helping you reveal your inner landscape through colour, shape, and imagery.
You will enjoy a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can cultivate a deep inner listening, create, reflect, and tap into your inner wisdom.
All materials are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own (crayons, markers, glue, scissors… only no paint for this one) if you'd like - you don’t have to share them, but it helps with the distribution of supplies.
Tea and snacks will be offered.
And you can bring home your unique creation :-) 🌿
You can expect to leave feeling more centered, more self-aware, inspired, and gently empowered.
Price: € 38,00

* Who is this for *
This workshop is for anyone curious about their inner landscape.
Perhaps you feel like you’ve lost touch with who you really are - going through the motions of daily life - and long to reconnect with your intuitive side.
Maybe you simply want to (re)connect with your creativity, or you’re just curious to try something new.
No yoga or art experience is required - only openness and curiosity.
* What to Bring *
- Warm and comfortable clothing
- A water bottle
- A journal & pen
- Any personal art materials you’d like to use (optional)
- An open and curious heart
* The power of art explorations *
By playing with materials, colours and shapes, and by observing your own art expressions you can begin to look into yourself for meaning and insight.
Making art can help you explore aspects of yourself that remain hidden in your unconscious, or express thoughts and feelings that may be complex to convey with words. It can support emotional release, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase your self-awareness, confidence and inner peace.
No experience or talent needed, it's all about the process!
* About the facilitator *
Valerie has always been drawn to the connection between body, mind, and spirit - from her early years in Belgium practicing karate and later dance, to discovering yoga in her teens and returning to it in 2018 as a source of softness, grounding, and truth.
As a certified yoga teacher, she brings an embodied and mindful approach to everything she shares. Her intention is to create a safe and nurturing space where others can slow down, be guided to listen inward and give space to what lies inside, sometimes bringing the unconscious conscious.
Through mindful movement and with the power of expressive arts, she hopes to guide you toward a deeper connection with yourself - so you can move through life with more ease, authenticity, and joy.
