An Embodied Ritual for Heart Opening

✨ A gentle evening to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your heart. This intimate workshop invites you to open your heart, ground your body, and listen deeply to your inner wisdom.

This workshop is created with a feminine essence and is open to anyone who feels called to join.

Together we’ll create a cosy circle with candles, nourishing aroma, and a cup of tea to hold space for rest and renewal.

Guided by Romana, founder of Raw Essence holistic skincare, this ritual weaves together:

🍃 Heart-centered breathwork
🍃 Aromatherapy with Heart Chakra Oil
🍃 Reflective journaling to anchor intentions
🍃 Heart-opening meditation for grounding

✨ Each participant will also receive a handcrafted 5ml Heart Chakra Oil to continue the ritual at home.

Romana is a certified yoga and breathwork teacher, founder of Raw Essence, and a practitioner of feminine healing rituals. Her work is rooted in intuition, herbal wisdom, and embodied practices that empower women to reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom.
