Communication skills: Learn techniques to communicate more effectively with family members about needs and expectations.
Time management: Strategies for managing time efficiently, including setting boundaries and prioritizing tasks.
Practical exercises: Group exercises and role plays to put the skills learned into practice.
Target audience: This workshop is suitable for parents, caregivers, and anyone who wants to improve their work-life balance. The workshop is to help participants create a healthier lifestyle and experience more joy and satisfaction in their family life.
The workshop is organised together with Camilla Bonetti, a psychology graduate with a strong background in leadership, training, and people development within international environments.
Over the years, she has cultivated a deep interest in supporting individuals through change, with a particular focus on balance, personal growth, and well-being.
Camilla is an ABvC® registered counselor who supports individuals and couples in navigating life challenges, stress, and relational difficulties. In her Maastricht-based practice, she offers a safe space to foster self-insight, resilience, and personal growth. She facilitates workshops that create space for reflection, connection, and practical strategies to support everyday life, especially for parents and expatriates balancing multiple roles.
