Identity: 5Rhythms Moving Sessions

Over dit evenement

Identity of a person. Identity of a space. Identity of the Rhythms.
Which beliefs we hold about ourselves or even the world which make our living more complicated, more limited, more oppressive, less loving.
Being in a gentle presence, allowing the possibility that not everything we think, or even feel is true, we practice being fluent and in the same time a human with integrity.

Come and move all our ideas of identity, do you dare not to know who you are even for a moment?

❤ Mia
