Discover Movement Practice!

Over dit evenement

You are welcome to join our weekly indoor & outdoor group movement classes in Rotterdam!

In them, we explore human movement from different angles: skill, play, problem-solving tasks, expression, relating to others and your surroundings.

We work in 3-month cycles, each focused on a different movement theme or skill set. The current cycle (July-September) is dedicated to Climbing & Acrobatics. No previous experience is required, the sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

The class flow ranges in intensity, with both light explorations and physically demanding sections. And it engages your mind too! So come ready to be present and attentive.

See you there?
