Medicine Ritual with Cacao and Rapé

Man of Iron Retreats is organizing a medicine ritual with Cacao en Rapé.

Rapé is a plant medicine, traditionally used in tribes from South-America.
Rapé often brings up stock emotions as sadness and anger. Or energetic blockages that are stuck in our systems. You will feel Rapé releasing toxins from the body and soul.

Before we go into the ritual with Rapé, we will use the spirit of Cacao for deep sharing from the heart.
After this we will continue the ritual with Rapé.

After you have received the Rapé, you will feel an intense "burning" sensation. This will last for around two minutes. This sensation will slowly fade away. You will be in a process for around 20 to 30 minutes. Often in the arms of another participant or laying with your head on someone's lap.
That being said, the invitation is to release through any means, dancing, shaking, crying, or make any sounds that need to come out of the body. Whatever the body needs will happen.
In the meantime the facilitators will be around and live music will be performed.

In between the sessions will do small exercises such as meditation and Qi Gong.

Jeroen Eefting:

My name is Jeroen Eefting, I will be mainly facilitating the ritual. I have been facilitating plant medicine rituals with Cacao and Rapé for more than two years. I have done multiple Master Plant Dieta's in the Amazon Rainforest in Peru. As well as other trainings such as:
- Zen Thai Shiatsu Therapy / Boddywork level 1
- Chi Nei Tsang, detoxifying abdominal massage. Professional certificate.
- Tantra training @ School of Shakti (1 year)


Hauke Bruns:

Hauke will be here to assist, hold space, and accompany the ceremony with live music. Throughout his personal journey exploring various healing modalities—such as breathwork, cold water immersion, and shamanism—he has developed a deep fascination with the way music can support the processing of transformative experiences and facilitate entry into altered states of consciousness. This exploration over the past several years has culminated in his debut album, Positive Disintegration.


Jon Keller Muñoz:

John is a trained bodyworker in the art of Romiromi, a traditional Māori technique. He also facilitates Qi Gong sessions, is continuously expanding his knowledge through a Counseling training and Zen Buddhist practice. He also has acquired a Bachelor in Psychology.

This ceremonie is a PILOT!

At this Rapé ceremony you are invited to express your true being. Nudity and sexual acts are NOT allowed.
Photos can be taken for promotional purposes. These will only be distributed with your permission. This is a guarantee that we want to give you so that you feel safe in the sacred state in which we want to guide you.

You're not allowed to participate in a Rapé ceremony:
- during pregnancy &/or breastfeeding
- high/low blood pressure
- heart complaints
- thyroid disorders
- kidney diseases
- depression
- nervousness
- MAO inhibitors and other medicines
if you have other physical or mental complaints, you should discuss this with your therapist or general practitioner.

The responsibility is and remains your own.

We'll also send you a question list to answer, in this way we make sure it's totally safe for you to participate in the ritual.

The day before the Rapé ceremony you are not allowed to use alcohol or hard drugs. Come to the ceremony with clean a system (body). Respect the medicines.

Also this e-mail will include a list with how to prepare and what to bring.


Cancellation Policy.

When canceling > 48 hours, the participant is entitled to a 50% refund.
If you cancel within 48 hours, the participant will not receive a refund.
