Nourishment of the Seasons
Autumn ‘the Season of insight and reflection’

Would you like to stay in touch with the ability to move freely, think lucidly, and express yourself clearly? Since air is associated with the mind, communication and intuition, our autumn journey could be just it for you! Fully reflect to nourish your body, mind and soul.

Autumn. vitalizes the soil with its falling leaves, a nourishment for our wintersleep and preparation to ‘let the new seeds grow’ from below. A wonderful moment of time to find a place to rest and reflect so that your true insights of going forward are nourished by wisdom. Ruled by the element Air is associated with the breath of life, symbolizing the power of the intellect and divine inspiration and
seen as the vehicle of the ‘prana’ life force that flows through us. Our guidance through Breathwork, Yin Yoga and an Acupuncture Nidra Journey is specially created to sense all the above.

Julie and Mira invite you to four balancing Yin & Pins specials. Inspired by the treasures of autumn, winter, spring and summer. We dive into the qualities, focus points and beauty of each season and its ruling element. A wonderful opportunity to go within and connect to these inspiring moments.
