Curious what a cacao ceremony can do for you? ✨

On Saturday, September 20th, we invite you to a soft, nourishing afternoon of turning inward. A ceremony where you can slow down, ground yourself and open up to new insights, through the gentle power of cacao, deep rest and subtle healing.


Natália (restorative yoga teacher) and Pascalle (cacao facilitator) will guide you through a ceremony of meditation, yin and restorative poses, sound healing, soft loving touch, and of course: ceremonial cacao. Our intention is to create a sacred, safe space for you to completely relax, recharge and reconnect with your inner world.

You don't need any prior experience with yoga or cacao to join. We welcome everyone, whether you’re coming alone or together.

Location
We’ll gather at The Pilates Concept, a beautiful and calm studio that’s perfect for this kind of inner work. All yoga props will be provided. You’ll receive a detailed email one week in advance with everything you need to know to prepare.
