A space to simply be yourself — present in the moment — and deeply connect with other radiant women. 🌸

Through breathwork, singing, meditation/yoga, journaling, and sharing within the circle, we will gently remember what it means to be a woman.

Society asks a lot of us: thanks to feminism, we’ve gained equal rights, the ability to build careers and claim independence. Yet at the same time, we’re still often expected to manage the household, care for children, return to work quickly after giving birth, and live up to unrealistic beauty standards.

In this modern world, with all that is expected of us, it can be challenging to stay close to ourselves.

What does it mean to you to be a woman?
Have you lost touch with your feminine essence? Or do you feel deeply connected, but find that this connection doesn't always resonate with those around you?
How do you experience your womanhood in everyday life?
Do you live mostly in your head — planning, thinking, achieving — or do you allow yourself to follow your intuition, the soft whispers of your inner wisdom?
Do you feel balanced between the two, or is there one aspect you long to explore more deeply?
How can you live more from your heart and intuition, despite the pressures of the outside world?

I invite you to gather in circle with a group of women, to explore what it means for us to be women in this modern age.

In many traditional cultures, women came together to sing, dance, and share stories — to heal collectively. That ritual lives in our bones, even if the practice has been forgotten. This is a call to return to sisterhood. To remember. To reconnect. 🙏🏻

The circle will take place at a beautiful location near Scheveningen — De Zelfspot.
After the circle, there will be space to connect further over a warm cup of tea or coffee.

🌍 The workshop will be held in either Dutch or English, depending on the group.
