Yoga in the Park

Hello beautiful people,

Last year I started guiding yoga practices in the park (in Utrecht) during our spring and summer season. And it was such a joy to do this! Practicing together, outside in the nature, with the sound of the wind touching the leaves and hearing the birds sing. The feeling of the soft grass below our feet and bodies when noticing the connection to our earth. The fresh air filling up our system with renewed an positieve energy. Starting your day with a beautiful movement practice outdoors in a park is just so peaceful, relaxing and grounding.

I'm really happy to announce that this year I will start my second season of Yoga in the Park, sharing my love for yoga and nature with all of you! When the weather starts to get warmer again (minimum 15 degrees) the classes will be held at the Noordse park in Utrecht.

Some of you joined last year and still have a strip card to join the classes. If you don't have one but you would like to join you and sign up here :-)

I have a few options for the outdoor classes listed here below. You will be able to purchase your strip card online, and get the physical card when we meet in person in for your first class.

- strip card with 5 classes €55
- strip card with 10 classes €95

Usually I guide two classes per week depending on my schedule. One during the week like a (Monday or Thursday (either 9am or 12pm) and one during the weekend on Saturday or Sunday (9:30). I use a whatsapp group to contact you about the upcoming classes per week and in case of cancellation due to weather conditions etc. So please send me your phone number when purchasing your strip card/single class. This way you can let me know when you want to join your first class and receive your physical strip card.
