Wake Up Monastics Tour: Mindfulness Day

The monastics of Plum Village will be on tour this spring and will also visit the Netherlands! On Saturday the 22nd of April they will come to share their practice during a day of mindfulness.

If you are between 18-39ish years old then you are warmly welcome to join and share the joy and happiness!

The day will start at 10am and the doors will open 9:30am. At 4pm we will to close the day together. If you want to know more about Plum Village and Wake Up, please visit https://plumvillage.org/ and https://wkup.nl/.

Location
- Stadsklooster in Utrecht at Kanaalstraat 198. You can walk from Utrecht Central in 15 minutes to the location. Parking is limited and not free of charge.

What do you need to bring?
- Own meditation cushion and (yoga) mat, there is a limited amount of space on the carpets. It is also possible to sit on a church bench.
- Own lunch and something to drink.
- Own cup for tea (so we can safe paper cups).

- Until 4 weeks before the 22nd April, 90% refund. Until 2 weeks before the, 75% refund. In the 2 weeks before the 22nd April no refund. You are allowed to resell your ticket.
