Breathwork Circle & Sauna Experience – Saturday, April 5th

Over dit evenement

☀️ Come home to your breath and body  with this Urban Retreat☀️

On Saturday, April 5th, Elske Steen en Mareille Outshoorn, both Certified breathwork facilitators, invite you to join us for a special BreathWork circle at Volkshotel.
In this circle we explore the healing and liberating effects of connected breathing, combined with bodywork and vocal expression. Connected breathing is a powerful method to get in touch with your inner world, your emotions and your life force. It creates a bridge between your conscious and unconscious layers. This allows deep-stored emotional blockages and tensions to be released.

🧘🏼‍♀️Breathwork is often experienced as very healing and transformative. More space and connection is created, with both your own life energy as well as connection with all living beings, allowing for deep relaxation.
🧘🏼‍♀️After the Breathwork circle you can continue your relaxation in the sauna or hot tub.
