Spring Equinox XL yoga practice

Over dit evenement

Dear beautiful women,

As the days get longer, we welcome more sunshine and daylight into our lives. We slowly move towards a new season, the springtime. This natural cycle happens every year again, and we welcome the spring with open arms on the 21ste of March.

Therefore I will be organizing an Spring Equinoa XL yoga practice on this day, the gateway to Spring.
The practice will be 2,5 hours and a combination of meditation, solar vinyasa yoga (active!), breathwork and relaxation (yin). We will be honouring and welcoming the season of spring together, checking in with our goals of 2025, and seeing if our seeds we planted in the winter are starting to grow in some what way. I hope to practice, move, breath and reflect with you on this event!
