Being Human: 5Rhythms Moving Sessions

Over dit evenement

What are we actually doing on these sessions? What I think we are doing is being Humans in motion, stepping into our true form. Our true form is not always fun, is not always suffering, is not always joyful, not always nice, not always anything to be honest. Our true form is in motion, flowing through different states of being. And they are all invited to a party, they are all invited to ShowUP, to move, to scream, to sing, to whisper, to change. And You, You are invited to take a break from goals and masks, even your beautiful masks, You are invited to surrender to messy reality of being human. And I am deeply committed to hold such space for you, and to be an inspiration for messiness and letting go, to the extent of my abilities.

Lets be deep and shallow in wonder together, in anticipation, with love,

❤ Mia
