SPRING AFTERNOON RETREAT - 'A new beginning'
Reinvigorating, yoga, energizing breathwork, Ayurveda, Spring reflections based on nature’s wisdom and symbolism of the season, and uplifting tunes: welcome to our spring special!
Treat yourself to this nourishing afternoon retreat, dedicated to your well-being this season. A half day just for you, so that you can return home soothed, recharged and bursting with new inspiration.
A NEW BEGINNING
Spring symbolizes the beautiful, upward movement of growth, blossoming and renewal. Just look at nature: seeds sprout, buds appear on branches and the sun shows its warm light again more often after the cold winter months. In short: nature is preparing for a fresh new start. Are you ready for one too?
Spring is the 'new january', the perfect ultimate season to create new visions, set direction and take inspired action. What new things would you like to see come to fruition this year? Where would you like to direct the burst of new energy that spring brings?
PROGRAM
YIN & YANG YOGA
A smooth, energizing yoga flow followed by soothing yin postures to relax and wind down. This all-level yoga practice will be tailored to the liver and gallbladder, the organs that require extra attention in spring season
BREATHWORK
Literally breathing new vitality into our body & mind with conscious connected breathwork. A powerful technique that oxygenates the body and helps to release any stagnation in our system. This practice will help you to release the old, and create space for new beginnings. A big inner spring clean up for body, mind and soul!
AYURVEDA
A short introduction to Ayurveda (Indian health practice) in spring season. How to support your body with nutrition & rituals this spring? We'll share shortly and mostly with practical tips and suggestions.
CREATING A NEW VISION
We will share reflective questions, related to the wisdom of spring season (and what happens around us in nature that time), that will inspire you to consciously nourish your new beginning. Draw or let your thoughts flow freely onto the page: whatever way of expression works for you. This is your space for honest exploration, helping you to play with new perspectives and water the seeds of your life that you want to sprout this season.
In short: A day filled with self-care practices, fully tailored to the spirit of spring, so that you too can sprout & bloom this season!

This retreat is carefully crafted and hosted by Livia Benders & Melanie Fissendjidis. Both are certified yoga guides and holistic breathwork facilitators.
